Aquaventure Waterpark at Atlantis the Palm man-made island Dubai, UAE. This waterpark had a lot of novelties going for it. Located on a man-made island in the shape of a palm tree, the location itself is an engineering feat, but it also gives the park a breathtaking backdrop of the Dubai sky line as well as access to a private beach, where you can swim off the palm. There is also an aquarium on site which allows two of the rides to go through a shark tank. There is also a conveyer belt system which allows riders to go on and get in line for a few of the rides without leaving their tube. Overall this is a very nice waterpark to visit.

Waterparks UAE – Aquaventure Waterpark
Hi, I’m Elaine. I am an undergraduate student at Lehigh University. I am studying Civil Engineering and Architecture through Lehigh’s Arts-Engineering program. This is a five year program through which I will graduate with two bachelors degrees. In addition to being a dual major here at Lehigh I have been a student-athlete in our NCAA Division I Women’s Rowing Team. I am involved in the Reformed University Fellowship. I am also a member of Lehigh’s chapters of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, Chi Epsilon, and Tau Beta Pi. In semesters where my schedule has permitted, I have also been an Engineering Tour Guide for the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering. View all posts by luelaine15
