Look at What We Made!

Along with everything else that I do, I am also a shop monitor in the wood shop here at Lehigh. The wood shop is available to students, especially those in the art, architecture, and design department to use for  school or personal projects. All you have to do is get certified and you can use it as much as you want.

Yesterday, during my shift, the boss man, the two other shop monitors, and I were talking about having elves around the shop (I have no idea how we got on that subject). The boss man, Mike, said we should put elves on the shop shirt. So, we were looking up some pictures so I could draw a design out. In the process, we were inspired to make this awesome sign on the laser cutter unbeknownst to Mike:

He loved it so much he drilled it to the door for everyone to see when they leave the shop!

About lukatie15

Hi! I'm Katie. I am a junior here at Lehigh and I am double majoring in Civil Engineering and Architecture. This Arts-Engineering program is a five year program where I will graduate with two degrees. I am from Quakertown, Pennsylvania, and I am one of the few commuting students at Lehigh. Despite of this, I am the Vice President of the Steel Bridge Team, and I played club rugby. Additionally, I do kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at a local martial arts gym. If you have any questions about anything at all, please don't hesitate to ask! View all posts by lukatie15
