I Don’t Want to Jinx It, But…….

It seems like things are getting easier. I remember being so nervous for my exams and studying until my brain couldn’t take it anymore. Nowadays, I feel way more comfortable about the material I’m learning. I just took my concrete exam last night, and I wasn’t nervous at all. I really felt like I knew the material really well and I would be able to do any problem he threw at us.

While the material is harder, I know the material more deeply than in any of the intro courses I’ve taken. In the intro courses, I relied on memorization more. Now, I have a better understanding of the theory, so if I get stuck, I can usually figure it out.

On the other hand, I don’t feel as comfortable about the material for intro for environmental. I don’t have nearly as good of a grasp on the concepts as I do with concrete. It’s kind of weird that I’m more comfortable with a 200 level class than a 100 level class. It’s kind of counter intuitive, I guess. Hopefully, I can get a better grip on environmental by the exam tomorrow!
