Last Week of the Semester

Good afternoon everyone! Today is the first day back on campus after a much-needed Thanksgiving Break. It is also the last week of classes for the fall semester, which is CRAZY because that means I only have one more semester left at Lehigh!

Thanksgiving break was really fun and relaxing, since I got to spend a lot of time with my family and friends and visit people who I haven’t seen in a long time. Thanksgiving dinner is always at my house, so my sister and I helped my mom with all of the cleaning and the cooking (my dad and brother got A’s for effort, but girls know how to get the job done šŸ˜‰ ). The week/weekend went by really fast, and before I knew it, I was back at Lehigh preparing for my last few days!

This week is a busy one, with the last closing projects and homework assignments all due within the last few days. My week began with a great start this morning as I received my Foundation Engineering test back and saw my score was a 93!! So now I only have four days left this week and I’m trying to keep up the motivation to get everything done.

My finals week will be the best yet since I only have two finals on the first two days, and they are the classes with the least material to study for! I will have completed the finals for my other four classes before finals week starts, so that is a huge blessing! I will keep posted throughout this week & I hope, if you are a student reading this, that you keep up the motivation through these new few weeks!

About lusamantha14

I am currently a senior at Lehigh University pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. My blog this semester will be about my last undergraduate year at Lehigh: academics, social events & unexpected day to day occurrences. I'm really excited to share my thoughts, stories, and advice with anyone reading, since I know that all students go through very similar experiences. I can't wait to explore all of the opportunities that the field of Civil Engineering has to offer & I'm excited to live out my last year at Lehigh to the fullest! View all posts by lusamantha14
