The Game

Tomorrow is the 149th meeting between Lehigh and Lafayette, the longest rivalry in all of college football!  The game is hosted here at Lehigh’s Goodman Stadium this year and will be played for the Patriot League Championship, that is the victor wins the conference.  Because of this, the hype around campus has been even stronger than past years where the game was not as important in the overall conference standings.  Every one of my professors mentioned the game or cracked a joke about Lafayette at some point in class this week and the band can be heard marching all around campus today.  You can really feel the passion in the atmosphere and I do not know a single student that is not going to cheer on our football team.  The game will be broadcast online here:

Kickoff is at 12:30!

About lukarl15

Hey! I'm Karl, a civil engineer in my senior year at Lehigh University. I am from the Buffalo/Western New York area and am the president of the American Society of Civil Engineers on campus. I am also on the Running Club team, practice electric and classical guitar, and study music theory on my own. I enjoy playing and watching sports with my friends in my free time (or the times when I probably should be studying). View all posts by lukarl15
