Next Week Just Got a Lot Better

As of yesterday, I was absolutely dreading this weekend and next week because I was supposed to have a fluids exam, a structures exam, and a term paper due on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday respectively. I had no idea how I was possibly going to get everything done and do well on my exams. I was especially concerned with structures because there is so much to know and do for that class. Earlier today, my structures professor told us that we have an option for the exam: we can either take it on Wednesday for half of the class time or we can take it the following Monday after 4:00. I feel like my dreams have come true. This takes such a weight off of my shoulders. Plus, he said that the weekly quiz in class on Wednesday will be extra credit for those who don’t take the exam and any homework problems done on the material he teaches while part of the class is taking the exam will also be extra credit. And to top it all off, I’ll actually be able to sleep now! I am so relieved and absolutely ecstatic about this turn of events!! 😀

Hi! I'm Katie. I am a junior here at Lehigh and I am double majoring in Civil Engineering and Architecture. This Arts-Engineering program is a five year program where I will graduate with two degrees. I am from Quakertown, Pennsylvania, and I am one of the few commuting students at Lehigh. Despite of this, I am the Vice President of the Steel Bridge Team, and I played club rugby. Additionally, I do kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at a local martial arts gym. If you have any questions about anything at all, please don't hesitate to ask! View all posts by lukatie15
